1. Who is Creechurch International Underwriters Ltd.?
Creechurch International Underwriters is one of the leading underwriting management companies in Canada, offering specialized insurance to a wide spectrum of business sectors. Our products are developed in-house specifically for the Canadian market. 2. How do I send in a submission?
Creechurch offers specialty liability insurance in Canada exclusively through licensed insurance brokers. If you do not have an appointed broker, please click here to Find a Broker in your area.
If you are an insurance broker, please fax, mail or email a completed application for the required coverage. Please include all supporting underwriting information as listed on the application. For your convenience, all of our applications can be completed online or downloaded from our website.
3. What commission do you pay?
This depends on the type of risk. Our commissions are competitive.
4. How are claims handled?
Creechurch claims are now handled in-house. For further information on claims services, please contact our Claims Department at claims@creechurch.com.
5. Are my clients secure with Creechurch?
Creechurch underwrites on behalf of some of the leading insurers in the world. All are Canadian licensed and are either "A" rated or owned by a company that is "A" rated. All our policies clearly show the insurer(s) taking the risk. We carry $5 million of Errors and Omissions insurance and are licensed in Canada wherever required, including RIBO in our home province.
6. Is Creechurch licensed in all provinces?
Creechurch is licensed in all 10 Canadian provinces - British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Newfoundland and Labrador, and Prince Edward Island.
7. Can I get my Creechurch policy in French?
Creechurch policies are available in both official languages – English & French.
